As a dental office manager, I began my journey in 2012 as a dental assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into patient care. Over the years, I’ve seamlessly transitioned into a leadership role, leveraging my expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our practice. With a deep understanding of both clinical and administrative aspects, l oversee all administrative operations with precision and care. From managing schedules and handling billing processes to fostering a welcoming environment for our patients, I prioritize professionalism and patient satisfaction above all else. It is my privilege to contribute to the success of our dental office and the well-being of our community. On my free time I love spending time with my family and my plants.

I’m Fedilia, a dedicated dental hygienist at Sunray Family Dentistry with over 26 years of experience in the field. I’m passionate about helping my patients achieve optional oral health. I believe in a great and compassionate approach to dental care; I’m committed to staying up to date with the lasted teaching and technology in the field. When I’m not in the office, you can find me exploring the great outdoors or spending time with my family & friends.

She plays a crucial role in ensuring that your treatment plan fits seamlessly into your schedule and budget. Lupe is here to guide you through every step of your dental journey, from discussing treatment options to coordinating appointments and assisting with insurance inquiries. She is dedicated to making your experience at our practice as stress-free and comfortable as possible. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Brittny is the friendly face you see when you walk through our doors. With 2.5 years of front office experience, she ensures your visit starts off smoothly. From scheduling appointments and managing the day-to-day operations she is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience. Brittny takes pride in making sure every patient feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids and making the best memories with them.

My name is Mayra Hidalgo I was raised in El Paso TX, I’m a proud mom of two girls. I was a stay at home mom for 20 years, as much as I enjoyed being at home it was time for a change. I started looking for career options, I came across a dental assisting program which I started immediately. Now as a Registered Dental Assistant I love seeing patients’ smiles transform. Being a dental assistant allows me to have so many rewarding moments, but my favorite is being part of giving someone their smile back. My role in the office is setting up the treatment rooms assisting the doctor during procedures and making patients feel comfortable by explaining step by step what to expect during their visit.

Hello my name is Annette Medina and I am a dental assistant at Sunray Family Dentistry. I graduated in 2019 as a dental assistant and I’ve been in El Paso all my life. My goal as a dental assistant is to always have a good attitude, helping and understanding the needs of a patient, and also ensuring our patient feels comfortable and well cared for in each visit at our office to have a good and positive experience. Aside from the office some of my hobbies or what I like to do is to spend some time with my family and enjoying some great movies.
